Qi, blood and fluids...the three factors that determine sanity
What is sanity, which is resistance, healing, etc.? !!
Think of it as the three combined functions of qi, blood, and fluids.
If these three are well-balanced and circulate normally, the sanity will be full and you will not get sick easily.
Qi, blood and fluids are the basic elements that make up the human body.
Qi : Energy source for life activities, affecting organs and tissues.
There are innate spirits and acquired spirits.
Qi joins blood and fluids, circulates in the body, and sustains life activities.
Blood : Red fluid (including other than blood) in blood vessels.
The blood, combined with nutrients and oxygen, circulates throughout the body and supplies nutrients to the tissues.
Fluids : all fluids in the body other than blood, clear water.

In chronic diseases, the balance of qi, blood and fluids is often out of balance.
When the disease worsens, if the circulation of energy is bad, the function of the internal organs is adjusted.
Clean the blood if the blood flow is stagnant.

❶ Qi, Blood and Fluid
① If you lack qi, you will get sick
It is said that there are four types of QI.
(1) Lack of GENKI
Weakness, tiredness, and susceptibility to disease.
(2) Lack of SOUKI
If SOUKI does not circulate through the body, the blood will not flow.
(3) Lack of EIKI
Nourishment is no longer distributed throughout the body, blood does not circulate.
(4) Lack of EKI
It is distributed on the skin during the day, protects the body from JAKI, and returns to the body during sleep.
The futon is said to be an alternative to EKI.
JAKI: Pathogenic bacteria, viruses, or sudden changes in climate adversely affect the human body.
JAKI refers to evil spirits that have a bad influence, and things that make the body sick.
➁ 5 actions of qi
(1) Pushing action
Growth, activity of each tissue, movement of blood and bodily fluids depend on this action.
(2) Warming effect
It is thanks to this action that the body is maintained.
(3) Prevent and fight JAKI invasion.

⑷ Suppress the leakage of body fluids.
It prevents blood from leaking out of the blood vessels and controls the excretion of sweat, urine and semen.
(5) KIKA action
The transition between Qi, Blood and Fluid is called KIKA.
Furthermore, making and discharging urine and sweat is also called KIKA.
③ Action of blood
It is stored by the liver and sent throughout the body by the heart to provide nutrients.
The liver stores blood and decides how much it should be sent to where in the body.
When the blood in the liver is insufficient, the whole body becomes malnourished.
④ Action of body fluids
It is sent to the whole body from the lungs and moistens the body.
The fluid that flows slowly through the body is said to be in the center of the bone.
Fluid accumulated in the marrow of the head is said to supply the brain with nutrients and protect it from external stimuli.
The kidneys recycle body fluids and divide them into waste and reusable fluids.

Our main working areas are hotels and homes in central Tokyo.
Reservations are accepted from 3:00 pm to 24:00 am midnight, so if you wish to make a reservation after that (limited to central Tokyo), please make a reservation by 24:00 am.
There is no transportation fee inside the JR Yamanote Line.
Transportation costs are not included on the outside (3,000 to 10,000 yen).
For reservations starting after 23:00, a late-night fee of 2,000 yen will be charged separately.
