Traditional medicine of Thailand is a system of methods and practices, such as herbal medicine, bodywork practices, and spiritual healing that is indigenous to the region currently known as Thailand.
While not all Buddhist medicine is Thai, Traditional medicine of Thailand is considered Buddhist medicine.
Traditional medicine of Thailand stems from pre-history indigenous regional practices with a strong animistic foundation, animistic traditions of the Mon and Khmer peoples who occupied the region prior to the migration of the T'ai peoples, T'ai medicine and animistic knowledge, Indian medical knowledge (arriving pre-Ayurveda) coming through the Khmer peoples, Buddhist medical knowledge via the Mon peoples, and Chinese medical knowledge (arriving pre-TCM) with the migration of the T'ais who came largely from southern China.
In the early-1900s, Traditional medicine of Thailand was "outlawed as quackery" in favor of Western medicine, however by the mid-1990s traditional medicine was once again being supported by the Thai government.

Rusie Dut Ton (ฤาษี ดัดตน) is a self-organizing law transmitted to Thailand, which is regarded as one of the health laws linked to the genealogy of Thai-style medical care (English version) which has been reported to Rusie(the trainees).
If you translate directly into Japanese it will be gymnastics of the trainee, but the name "Rusie Dut Ton" has become established in Japan and the home country Thailand.
It is said that he went to Rusie Dut Ton to restore his body tired of zazen and meditation training to the former state before training.
In recent years the Thai government is promoting the establishment and branding of Thai style medicine including Rusie Dut Ton and Thai traditional massage.
In the preface of the text on Lucy Dutton issued by Thai medical institute,

Thai traditional massage (known as: Nuat phaen boran, Thai: นวด แผน ไทย) is a kind of Thai traditional massage, which includes stretching to bend and stretch limbs as well as massage by shiatsu.

Transportation costs are not included on the outside (3,000 to 10,000 yen).
